Update - AGM

Due to recent government guidance with regards to social gatherings, the Trustees have taken the decision to postpone the AGM until further notice.

Newly elected council members, Abbie Westcott and Thor Atkinson will officially become full members of council as off 17th April 2020 and David Knight who has resigned from council, will step down from this date. We would like to thank David for his time on council and wish him every success for the future.

Our Accountants Dodd’s & Co, have advised us that the accounts should be returned to Companies House by the 31st July and also the Charity Commission by 31st August 2020, in order to comply with The Charity Commission rules.

Hard copies of the accounts have been circulated to those who have requested them and they were also posted on the society website on the 12th March 2020. To meet these requirements the following two Trustees, named below, are willing to propose and second the adoption of this report. This information will then be sent to Joanne Thomlinson at Dodd’s & Co, to be returned prior to the submission dates.
